Engaged from RIBA workstage 4 onwards, PWP delivered the first phase of an landmark commercial development within the SDNP. The initial phase has provided flexible commercial facilities with BREEAM "Excellent" certification. An extension of the first phase is currently on site with the remaining north building to follow.
The project features high quality external materials, comprising of curtain walling and western red cedar cladding. Living walls and a green roof help to anchor the building into the surrounding landscape.
