PWP were engaged from RIBA workstage 0-8 to provide a total of 133 apartments , split between the reuse and conversion of an existing building and a substantial new build scheme to the rear of the site. The new build element was delivered as 100% social housing (a mixture of shared ownership & rented accommodation) and provides occupants with excellent levels of natural daylight (acheived through a BRE daylight assessment) and good quality internal environments achieved through an MVHR installation and a forward thinking energy strategy.
